DC inspects arrangements for Baba Budha Amarnath Yatra at Yatra Ground

Rajouri: District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal on Monday visited the Yatra Grounds to oversee the preparations for the annual Baba Budha Amarnath Yatra.
During the visit, he emphasised on the need for timely arrangements by all stakeholder departments to avoid any inconvenience to the pilgri The DDC specifically highlighted the need for foolproof security measures, adequate medical facilities, and other essential services to ensure the well-being of the pilgri
The officers were reminded of the criticality of organizing all necessary arrangements well in advance. The DDC urged them to work diligently and exhaust every effort in their pursuit of making the yatra a truly fulfilling and unforgettable experience for each individual embarking on this sacred journey.
The Budha Amarnath Yatra holds immense reverence among devotees from across the region. It serves as a time for the faithful to seek spiritual enlightenment and establish a profound connection with the divine. Therefore, ensuring meticulous arrangements is not only crucial for the yatra’s success but also for the safety and satisfaction of the pilgri
With the dedicated efforts of the officers and the unwavering support of the local community, the Budha Amarnath Yatra is poised to be an exceptionally gratifying and cherished experience for all those who embark upon it.
Officers who accompanied the DC during his visit were ADC Rajouri, Rajeev Kumar Khajuria; Tehsildar Rajouri, Varinder Sharma; EXEN PWD(R&B) Rajouri, Sardar Khan; EXEN PDD Rajouri, Tasadaq Hussain; EO MC Rajouri; Naib Tehsildar, Mohd Afzal and other concerned officers.
