Rajouri: Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Kundal, chaired a meeting on Thursday to discuss the distribution of appointment letters to Sanginis and Sahayikas in the district.
The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir has approved the appointment of 168 Sanginis and Sahayikas in the district and the employment letters would be distributed by the Lieutenant Governor himself through online mode.
Apart from the distribution of appointment letters, the meeting also focused on the distribution of scooties to specially-abled persons.
The Deputy Commissioner Rajouri directed the officials to ensure that all the necessary arrangements, such as the availability of internet connectivity and the required infrastructure, were in place for the smooth conduct of the online distribution process.
The officials present at the meeting, including PO ICDS, Shoket Mehmood Malik; CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; DSWO, Wakeel Ahmed Bhatt; DIO NIC, Muzafar Mir; DIO, Israr Bukhari; EXEN PWD(R&B) Rajouri, Sardar Khan, discussed the necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the distribution process.
