DC Kishtwar reviews performance of Education Sector

Kishtwar: Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Devansh Yadav on Thursday, conducted a review meeting with officials to assess and improve the education sector in the district.
The meeting aimed to identify challenges and find solutions for the education system in the district. Dr. Devansh Yadav discussed the current education situation in the district and emphasised the need for improvement. Key areas were discussed and all stakeholders participated, including CEO Kishtwar and ZEOs.
The Deputy Commissioner gave directions to the officials. One topic of discussion was the progress of projects in schools. The Deputy Commissioner urged officials to speed up the process and complete it on time while following quality standards. Infrastructure in schools was given priority during the meeting.
Chief Education Officer was directed to lead the “Anemia Mukt Bharat Abhiyan” with the concerned department. The aim is to combat nutritional deficiencies among students and ensure their health.
DC emphasised improving indicators through a target-driven approach to foster growth and development within the education sector.
