Srinagar : Police on Thursday said that it has destroyed wild cannabis spread on over vast area of land in Baramulla.
In a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar Police said that while acting on specific inputs, a police party consisting of personnel from Police Post Delina led by PSI Zilal Ahmad IC PP Mirgund alongwith Excise Department under the overall supervision of Mohd Nawaz SDPO Pattan destroyed wild Wild Cannabis spread on about 2 kanals of land at Kripalpora Payeen & Singhpora Pattan.
Police in it’s statement further said that people of the area also joined the destruction drive of Wild Cannabis at the said locations and hailed the efforts of Police.
