Phone Live- in Grievance Program receives overwhelming Public response in Rajouri, More than 60 calls received

Rajouri : The 5th episode of Phone Live-in Grievances redressal program held on Friday witnessed a tremendous response with more than 60 calls received from the public in Rajouri.
The program is aimed at providing residents of the district with a platform to share their grievances and get direct solutions from the district administration.
The residents from different parts of the district expressed their concerns on a range of issues. Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Kundal patiently listened to each caller and provided them with valuable guidance and support to resolve their issues.
The DC took note of the issues raised by the residents and assured them that all necessary measures would be taken to address their concerns in a time bound manner. The DC also urged the residents to continue to provide their feedback and suggestions, as it would help in improving the overall governance and development of the district.
The phone-live in grievances program is part of the district administration’s ongoing efforts to improve public service delivery and strengthen the relationship between the government and citizens.
The success of the phone live-in grievances program has been widely appreciated by the public as it provides them a platform to voice their concerns and seek redressal of their grievances directly from the District Administration. The program has also helped in improving the transparency and accountability of the district administration.
The 5th episode of the phone live in grievance program was a huge success as the efforts of the District Administration to connect with the people of Rajouri have been widely appreciated by all.
