Srinagar: According to Chairman District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Kulgam, a General Lok Adalat will be held within the District Court Complex Kulgam on 5th of August, 2023.
Cases pertaining to bank recovery, electricity dues, criminal compoundable offences, traffic challans, family disputes, land acquisition cases and other public utility services shall be taken up for adjudication.
The interested litigants are informed to approach presiding officers of the concerned courts of District Kulgam where their cases are pending for disposal to refer them to the said forum by or before August 04-2023, so as to list their cases in the proposed Lok Adalat for their amicable settlement.
