Arrangements for I’-Day celebration discussed at Bhaderwah

Bhaderwah: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhadarwah, Choudhary Dil Mir on Friday convened a meeting here in Dak Bungalow to discuss the arrangements for the Independence Day 2023 function Bhadarwah.
The meeting decided that the Chief Guest will unfurl the National Flag at 8.55 AM and take salute at the march past parade of the contingents to be drawn from JKP,IRP,NCC senior division, NCC Junior division and government and private schools. The day will start with playing of Shenai wadan by the Information department Bhadarwah early in the morning.
The arrangements for security, provision of first aid, sanitation, seating arrangements, power supply, the arrangement for drinking water and issuance of invitation cards were discussed in detail. It was further decided that the Government buildings would be illuminated on the National Festival. The full dress rehearsal would be held on Aug 13, 2023 at 10.30AM
Among others, the meeting was attended by SDPO\ XEN R&B, , BMO, AEE Jal Shakti, AEE PWD, Principal Boys and Girls, AEE PMGSY and representatives of several other departments.
