Srinagar | July, 13: Baramula Police booked 6 Notorious Drug Smugglers namely Mohammad Altaf Rather of Khaitangan, Mohammad Ramazan Mir of Kalantra Payeen, Abdul Qayoom Ganai of Trikanjan Boniyar, Abdul Qayoom Khan of Baila Boniyar, Bilal Ahmad Ganai of Trikanjan Boniyar & Adil Ahmad Budha of Sher Colony Sopore under PIT-NDPS Act;
Acting tough against drug peddlers and to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Baramulla Police booked notorious drug smuggler namely Mohammad Altaf Rather S/O Lt. Gh. Nabi Rather R/O Khaitangan, Mohammad Ramazan Mir S/O Gh. Mohammad Mir R/O Kalantra Payeen, Abdul Qayoom Ganai S/O Lt. Gh. Rasool Ganai R/O Trikanjan Boniyar, Abdul Qayoom Khan S/O Lt. Sarfaraz Khan R/O Baila Boniyar, Bilal Ahmad Ganai S/O Abdul Gaffar Ganai R/O Trikanjan Boniyar & Adil Ahmad Budha S/O Mohammad Shafi Budha R/O Sher Colony Sopore under PIT-NDPS Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent Authority.
