ADDC Poonch reviews estimation process for Capex budget- 2023-24

BDOs, Engineers asked to focus on timely completion of projects

Poonch : Additional District Development Commissioner Poonch, Malikzada Sheraz Ul Haq, on Friday chaired a meeting of officers of line departments to review the Estimation process for Capex budget for the year 2023-24.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Development, Abid Hussain Shah; Assistant Commissioner Pyt, Naheem Un Nissa Bhatti; Xen, REW, Hamid Iqbal Mir; BDO Mankote, Joginder Lal; BDO Poonch, Akanksha, Gupta; BDO Mendhar, Arif Ajaz Dar; BDO Skt. Sunil Bhatia; BDO Bufliaz, Sanjay Kapoor; BDO Mandi, Mohammad Ibrahim; BDO NSSB/Sathra Faisal Angral; BDO Balakote, Sahil Angral besides AEEs, JEs, TA and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
ACD & ACP briefed the ADDC about the status of ongoing developmental works and projects.
The ADDC reviewed developmental works in RDD and other sectors in brief and emphasized the importance of timely completion of projects and instructed the BDOs and Engineers to work with dedication to meet the timeline. He strongly directed the BDOs and engineers to submit the remaining estimates within 4 Days for information of Deputy Commissioner.
The ADDC also held a threadbare discussion with the officials and asked them to ensure that all projects are completed within the stipulated time frame. He stressed the need for effective coordination between different departments to ensure the smooth implementation of all projects.
