Dehr Premier League 2023 concludes successfully, promotes tourism in Poonch Distt

Poonch: Poonch Development Authority (Tourism Department), in collaboration with the organizing Committee of Dehr Premier League 2023, successfully concluded the cricket tournament, with the final match held on Monday.
The event was witnessed by government functionaries, guests, local youth, and people from different walks of life. The trekking event from Baramgalla to Dehr, organized by the Tourism Department, added an extra element of adventure to the tournament.
The aim of the event was to promote tourism in the Poonch District, and it received special attention from the Tourism Department.
The Chief Guest on the occasion was DDC Riaz Ahmed, while CEO, Poonch Development Authority, Dr.Tanvir Khan was the Guest of Honour. Sarpanch Mahra A and B were also present as special guests.
The final match was enjoyed by the trekkers from Poonch and youth from adjoining areas.
A total of 40 teams from across the district participated in the tournament, which was a huge success. The locals expressed their gratitude to CEO Poonch Development Authority, Dr. Tanveer Khan for this achievement, which has put Poonch District on the map for sports and tourism enthusiasts.
This event not only provided an opportunity to the local cricket players to showcase their skills but has also highlighted the natural beauty of the Poonch District.
