Zonal level Quiz Competition held in Lurgam Tral

Pulwama : A Zonal Level quiz competition was held at Lurgam Zone of Tral in South Kashmir on Monday under the supervision of Zonal Education Officer Lurgam Mohd Afzal Dar.
Officials said that Quiz competitions were held at cluster levels throughout the zone and three top performers from each cluster were selected and thrown into fray for zonal level competitions. They said that, accordingly a zonal level competition was held at Govt GMS Monghama, for these selectees from each cluster and after thorough screening three top positions were bagged. “The first position holder is from UPS DG Gund, second position holder is from UPS Overigund & the third position holder is from HS Jawaharpora Lam,” officials said. It is pertinent to mention here that the quiz competition was held to check General Knowledge and Mental Ability among the students.
Meanwhile, Zonal Education Officer Lurgam congratulated the students and the whole teaching fraternity of the zone especially to teachers who produced such competitive lot.
