Jammu : Mission Shakti -District Hub for Empowerment of Women Jammu celebrated International Yoga with the students of Regional Directorate of skill Development & Entrepreneurship National Skill Training Institute.

At the outset, the DHEW Staff briefed the students about the essence of Yogic exercises and later held a 1-hour practice session with a demonstration of Yoga Asanas.
