Change of Land Use: DLC approves 1 case in Rajouri

Jammu : The District Level Committee (DLC) on change of land use in Rajouri gave its approval for one case of converting agricultural land to non-agricultural use.
In a meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, detailed discussion was held on the applications received online from various areas of the district. After careful deliberation, the committee approved one case of converting agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes.
In addition, the concerned departments were given specific instructions to ensure the prompt issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs). It was emphasised that proper verification of documents and adherence to the regulations under the Land Conversion Regulations of 2022 should be carried out.
Officers who attended the meeting included DFO Nowshera, DP PCB, Anupam Koul; ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria; EXEN PWD(R&B) Rajouri, Sardar Khan and other concerned officers.
