DDC Chairperson Ang inaugurates Computer lab at High School Thamankoot

Anantnnag : The Chairperson, District Development Council (DDC) Anantnag, MY Gorsi on Thursday inaugurated Computer lab, of High School Thamankoot, laid foundation stone of three roomed School building of HSS Qamar with an estimated Cost of Rs. 31.26 Lakhs and Veterinary Hospital Kapran in Dooru Sub Division of Anantnag.
The DDC Chairperson also reviewed the developmental scenario of the area in three different meetings at Qamar, Thamankoot, Kapran and Chhogund village of the Sub Division. Besides, he also met the public and heard their demands with regard to drinking water, power, healthcare, education, ration and road connectivity, and assured all possible measures at the earliest.
During the visit, the DDC Chairperson took review of developmental scenarios of the concerned areas. He said that collaborative efforts to address the developmental needs of the region shall be made.
The DDC Chairperson was accompanied by DDC members Peer Shahbaz and Bilal Deva, and other officials including the ADC Anantnag, concerned SDM, JD Education South, CEO Anantnag, concerned Tehsildar, and Engineers.
