Srinagar: Police on Tuesday said that Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Awantipora on Tuesday presented chargesheet before the NIA Court Pulwama in case vide FIR No. 37/2022 under section 7/27 Arms Act, 307 IPC, 16 18, 19, 23, 38, 39 UAPA Act of Police Station Tral.
In a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar Police said that the chargesheet was presented against a militant associate Sameer Ahmad Mohand S/o Gh Mohmmad Mohand R/o Sheerabad Tral, Pulwama and two slain militants namely Shafat Muzffar Sofi S/o Muzffar Sofi R/o Batgund Tral and Umar Nabi Teli S/o Gh Nabi Teli R/o Ladhoo Pampore.
