Srinagar: The Air Vice Marshal Praveen Keshav Vohra, commanding Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh called on the Director General J&K Police Dilbag Singh at Police Headquarters here on Monday.
According to a statement issued from Police Media Centre, PHQ J&K Srinagar the DGP and the Air Vice Marshal discussed various issues relating to the overall security scenario in the Jammu and Kashmir particularly the attempts from across the border to disturb the peace.
On this occasion, the officers also discussed counter measures including those for foiling attempts of infiltration,dropping arms ammunition and drugs by Pakistan through drones.
Besides, the DGP Dilbag Singh also presented a memento to the Air Vice Marshal. The ADGP (Hqrs/Coord), PHQ, M K Sinha and IGP ( Hqrs/CIV), PHQ, B S Tuti were present on this occasion.
