Srinagar : The Department of Physical Education, Gandhi Memorial College, Srinagar on Saturday organized Annual Cycle Race for Boys from Nehru Park to Harwan Garden, covering a total distance of 15 K
In all 30 students of the college participated in the said event.
The Annual College Cycle Race was flagged-off by the Principal of the College Prof (Dr) G.M Lone from Nehru Park Srinagar which culminated at Harwan Garden.
Later, on the adjacent area at Harwan Garden, a felicitation ceremony was organized wherein the Principal of the college Prof (Dr) G.M Lone felicitated the First, Second and third position holders namely Moin Nabi of B.G. 5th Semester, Akhtar Nazir of 6th Semester and Faizan Manzoor of 6th Semester respectively.
Speaking on the occasion, the Principal of the College lauded the role of faculty and supporting staff in conducting the said event smoothly.
