Srinagar: As part of Civic Action Programme, Police in Sopore on Wednesday distributed school kits among the needy students at Police Station Bomai. On the occasion, SDPO Zaingeer alongwith SHO Police Station Bomai were present.
According to a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar while interacting with the students, Sopore Police assured them of all possible support in future as well and advised the students to concentrate in their studies and also take part in extracurricular activities.
Besides, the general public hailed the efforts of Sopore Police for helping such needy students. At the end of the event, community members expressed their gratitude for the support provided by the department.
