Budgam : As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, the District Hub for Empowerment of Women and Sakhi One Stop Centre on Wednesday organized a highly informative and engaging awareness program at GHSS Wagar Dreygam.
The event, held under the guidance of Dr. Syed Farhana Asgar, DSWO Budgam, aimed to enlighten students about the significance of government initiatives, such as Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) and Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA), in promoting gender equality and combating substance abuse.
Recognizing the paramount importance of these initiatives, the District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW) raised awareness among attendees, fostering a spirit of action and ensuring the success of these progra The DHEW team emphasized the immense potential of these initiatives to bring about positive social change and transform lives.
By aligning their efforts with the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and Nasha Mukht Bharat campaigns, the DHEW aims to contribute to the creation of an equitable, empowered, and substance abuse-free society.
