Srinagar,/June 4:- Chairman J&K Peoples Democratic Front ( JKPDF) and former Minister Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen has expressed shock and grief over the mysterious death of engineer student ,Muhammad Umar Ganai of Yarikhah Khansahib in district Budgam , who was found dead at a college hostel in Kolkata city of West Bengal. He has sought an indepth investigation in the shocking incident , which has raised concern among the parents of other kashmiri students , persuing studies in various parts of the country.
In a statement issued on Sunday Hakeem while expressing his grief over the mysterios death of Muhammad Umar Ganai of Yarikhah Khansahib , has conveyed his heartfelt sympathies with the beteaved family. He said not only the family of the engineering student was in shock due to the sudden incident but has become a cause of concern for the parents of all kashmiri students also , who are persuing education in various colleges of the country.
PDF Chief ,while seeking an investigation over the death of Umar Ganai , has urged the central government to ensure foolproof security for the kashmiri students in various states of the country. He said all necessary measures should be ensured to check any kind of harassment to the kashmiri students.
