Chairman DLSA-K takes suo-moto note of social media reports of roofless ticket counters at DH Kulgam

Kulgam: The District Legal Services Authority Kulgam (DLSA-K) on Thursday took suo-moto note of the news viral on social media platforms regarding inconvenience faced by the attendants as well as patients at District Hospital (DH) Kulgam during erratic weather especially in rains due to roofless ticket counters.
In this regard the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, (Pr. District & Sessions Judge) Kulgam, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat has directed the District Administration Kulgam and Hospital Administration, Kulgam to ensure installation of rooftop of ticket counters at District Hospital Kulgam for the easement of general public so that the attendants as well the patients can get a breather from both rain and scorching heat.
Moreover, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Kulgam has been directed to take up the matter with District Administration and District Medical Department Kulgam and ensure that the needful is done at the earliest and submit the details of the steps taken by the concerned authorities to the office of Chairman District Legal Services Authority.
