Ganderbal : Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Shyambir on Wednesday chaired a meeting of Officials of the revenue department here in the Conference Hall of Mini Secretariat Ganderbal to review their performance under various priority indicators.
Threadbare discussion was held regarding all revenue matters which includes Implementation of online services; Details of Revenue Court cases; Identification of land for Revenue Buildings; Attestation of pending Mutations, land acquisition cases.
The DC reviewed the disposal of online services under PSGA and stressed upon the officials that no application should be served out of timeline. He also directed that all the departmental land transfer cases should be disposed off within the shortest possible time, besides all the land allotted cases should be taken with the concerned departments and ADC shall ensure close liaison with concerned HOD’s.
While reviewing the pending payment regarding the land acquisition cases, the DC directed the concerned that the such cases should be disbursed in all rightful owner immediately.
The DC also reviewed the available infrastructure with the department and directed the concerned that no work should hamper due to lack of any basic infrastructure requirement.
While interacting with the officials the DC accorded a supportive hand to the department and directed all the Revenue Officers to remain available/ accessible to the public in office reiterating that public services and grievances redressal must be our foremost priority.
The meeting was attended by ADC, Mehraj-ud- Din Shah, ACR, SDM Kangan, all Tehsildars, and other concerned officials.
