Restrictions on vendors near schools, entry of vehicles in town area imposed in Doda Distt

Doda: The District Administration Doda on Tuesday imposed restriction on Vendors going near schools, road side parking and dispensing of fuel to two Wheeler owners driving, sans Crash Hamlet.
Dr, R. K Bharti, Additional District Magistrate, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him WS 144 Cr.PC, has ordered that no street vendor shall be allowed in and around 100 mtrs radius of any Educational Institution from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM in the jurisdiction of District Dada. The order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of two months from the date of its issue.
In another order, the ADM ordered the imposition of restrictions on the movement of vehicles in the municipal area of Doda town for a further period of 2 months, parking on roadside from the Old Bus Stand Doda to Old Exchange Bharath Road Doda, besides parking of cars, bikes, scooties etc only inside parking spaces,
Meanwhile, ADM Sanjeev Kumar, by virtue of powers vested under Section 144 of Cr.PC, has ordered that no Petrol Pump station / Filling station in District Doda shall sell fuel to any two wheeler rider who is without helmet; All Petrol Station owners shall install CCTV cameras in their fuel outlets which should clearly show the footage of the buyers. Any police officer posted as Station House Officer; l/c Police Post; or of the rank of Dy. Superintendent of Police and above posted in District Doda or any Executive Magistrate of 1st class shall be authorized to check the riders footage of the petrol stations and recommend defaulters to the District Magistrate.
The petrol stations selling fuel to such traffic rule violators shall be personally held responsible and shall be dealt under law.
The Station House Officers of all Police Stations in District Doda shall cause the service of this order upon all petrol stations, under intimation to the District Magistrate. It may be noted that any violation of this order will be dealt in accordance with Section of IPC.
