‘AASAISH’ Mobile App Training Prog on Grievances Redressal & Service delivery held at Ang

Anantnag: In order to provide general public fast Track Redressal of issues and to minimize the rush to government offices regarding complaints, demands and other issues, the District Administration Anantnag is going to launch a web based Grievance Redressal and service delivery portal supported by a mobile App namely ‘AASAISH’ developed by NIC Anantnag.
In this regard under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Dr S M. Ashraf a training session was held for all the stakeholders, sectoral heads and District officers by the Director (IT) and DIO NIC Ananatnag. The officers were imparted training for efficient use of the app and quick disposal of the applications.
The officers present raised some queries and questions related to the usage of the app, which were satisfactorily answered by the DIO NIC.
The ADC on the occasion said that as the country is heading fast towards digitization and to save the time of both the officers and public, e-Services are appreciated and used widely. The District Anantnag has also taken various initiatives and nearly more than 250 services are provided online.
He said that by launching this web portal, it will definitely enhance the disposal rate and people and officers will have the status of their application available on phone.
The training session was attended by all the district officers and the officials of other departments.
