Rajouri: District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, took a comprehensive review of the Rural Development Department (RDD) sector here in a meeting of the concerned officers. The meeting reviewed the progress of various schemes, including bunkers, PMAY houses, Awas Plus, Aadhaar seeding and others.
The DDC emphasized the need to complete the targets of PMAY houses at the earliest. He also stressed the importance of completing Adhaar seeding and directed the officials to complete the process as soon as possible.
The progress of Border Bunkers, which are being constructed to provide safety to the people living near the border, was also discussed. The DDC directed the officials to ensure the completion of the bunkers within the stipulated time frame and to ensure the quality of construction.
Similarly, the DDC reviewed the progress of various other schemes being implemented by the RDD sector in the district and also directed the officers to ensure that the schemes are implemented effectively and efficiently, and the benefits of these schemes reach the intended beneficiaries.
The DDC expressed his satisfaction over the progress made so far and urged the officials to continue their efforts towards achieving the developmental goals of the district.
