Their findings reveals that the e-waste generation per person has increased from 10 kg in 2000 to 29 kg in 2020. The E-waste in the country is anticipated to continue rising in the near future and underscores the need for visionary prediction to manage the evolving electronics sector effectively. The experts study provides useful perceptivity to policymakers for setting up targets for e-waste reduction and recycling to recover precious coffers from e-waste. e-waste could also help to produce a secondary force chain of critical accoutrements reducing the pitfalls of implicit force dislocations. The estimated growth of e-waste is attributed to consumer habits and India’s growing population. As the number of homes increases, so does consumption. The study exhibits that large menage appliances, similar as refrigerators, mixers, microwave oven and washing machines, dominate the e-waste sluice considering mass, still the lower big particulars dominate in volume; household lighting is the top item, followed by toys, IT and telecommunications outfits, similar as cellphones and laptops. Therefore effective recycling of e waste in the country is needed imperatively to mitigate the problem.
