Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha has expressed grief at the passing away of Special Security Force (SSF) Personnel, H.C Abdul Qayoom.
In a condolence message, the Lt Governor said: “I am deeply grieved to learn the passing away of HC Abdul Qayoom. I convey my deepest condolences to the family members and pray that the Almighty will grant them the strength to bear this loss. My thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time of grief.”
