Srinagar: The National Child Development Council (NCDC) has scheduled to organise a Mehandi Design Competition from Wednesday.
As per the officials, the Mehandi Design Competition is being organised by NCDC, from 10th of May till 20th of May, 2023.
One of the officials has said that, “aspirants can take 3 minutes video of the work and can send the same to +919188873621 before 20/05/2023 (4 PM).”
Notably, NCDC is a self-governing national child welfare organization established to promote women and child welfare and ensure child education in India.
