Interventions For Public Conveniences

In matters of governance non-governmental interventions are though sought in situations where community issues concerning health, education, sanitation and other such public facilities can be resolved by the community itself without the intervention of the Government but fact of the matter is that both nongovernmental and as well governmental interventions attract equal attentions when it comes to protection of public facilities built by the Government for the conveniences of the people. Experiences of decades of Governmental functioning show that removal of female Russian Poplars, the execution of road widening projects, extension of water pipes from one place to any adjoining locality, construction of drains in the middle of link roads, replacement of electric poles and the likes are the matters which demand intense engagement and involvement of both the Government and as well as the community. So advising people to take the course of interventions without seeking the engagement and involvement of Government goes against the sprits of growth and development of public services in any part of the world and same holds good for the people in power and as well as the civil society groups and public representatives interested in furthering the causes of public conveniences just to reduce inconveniences of the people at large. So better for the public representatives and civil society groups to leave it to the wisdom of the people in power to take calls on engagement and involvement of people in executing decisions on issues like Removal of female Russian Poplars, the execution of road widening projects, extension of water pipes from one place to any adjoining locality, construction of a drains in the middle of a link roads, replacement of electric poles and the likes. Ultimately for removal of female Russian Poplars, execution of road widening projects, extension of water pipes from one place to any adjoining locality, construction of drains in the middle of link roads, replacement of electric poles and the likes the Government incentivises those whose personal belongings of varied nature are damaged by Government interventions enforced for furtherance of the causes of certain uncompromising public conveniences concerning issues of public health, education, transportation and other key public facilities .

Wisdom demands that before proposing public interventions over Government decisions on issues like Removal of female Russian Poplars, the execution of road widening projects, extension of water pipes from one place to any adjoining locality, construction of drain in the middle of a link roads, replacement of electric poles and the likes the public representatives and as well as the civil society groups have to show sensitivity equally towards both the uncompromising public conveniences and as well as the priorities, practices and procedures initiated by the Government for furtherance of the causes of uncompromising public conveniences in larger public interests.

Experience of last several decades show that Government accords priority to it’s own policies and programs in taking and implementing it’s own decisions than involving and engaging community on issues like Removal of female Russian Poplars, the execution of road widening projects, extension of water pipes from one place to any adjoining locality, construction of drains in the middle of a link road, replacement of electric poles and the likes. Wisdom demands that before proposing public interventions over Government decisions on issues like Removal of female Russian Poplars, the execution of road widening projects, extension of water pipes from one place to any adjoining locality, construction of drain in the middle of a link roads, replacement of electric poles and the likes the public representatives and as well as the civil society groups show sensitivity equally towards both the uncompromising public conveniences and as well as the priorities, practices and procedures of the Government taken by it for furtherance of the causes of uncompromising public conveniences in larger public interests.
