Shopian : The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Shopian, Faz Lul Haseeb on Monday chaired a meeting of District Level Committee on Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) at Shopian, here.
At the outset, the chair was informed about the implementation status of the ambitious Jal Jeevan Mission in the district.
The DDC took a detailed review of rate revisions, re-tendering and allotments of works. He instructed for expediting the pre-execution processes.
Approval for 05 works including 03 distribution networks, and 02 Rapid Sand Filtration Plants were put up before committee and approved.
The meeting among others was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Yar Ali Khan; JDP, ACD, DPO, DFO, CEO, DIO, DSWO and Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti.
