Budgam: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Akshay Labroo along with Director National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Srinagar Javid Ahamd Wani on Monday visited NIFT Srinagar and took on spot inspection of the establishment of the campus.
During the visit, the DC took review of the overall construction going on at NIFT Campus Srinagar. He directed the executing agency to complete all the construction work within the given timeframe.
He assured the management of NIFT, Srinagar of full cooperation and support of District administration Budgam.
It is apt to mention that National Institute of Fashion Technology Srinagar is the one of the youngest campuses among campuses of the Country. This campus will provide vocational education to aspiring youth who want to pursue careers in fashion and designing.
The DC was accompanied by ADC Budgam, and other officers and officials of the district.
