Kathua : Rakesh Minhas on Monday took over as new Deputy Commissioner, Kathua.
Rakesh Minhas was accorded a warm welcome by senior officers/officials of the District Administration.
Later, while interacting with the officials, the incumbent DC urged upon them to work with added dedication and integrity to further improve the developmental scenario of the district. He also stressed on giving priority to developmental works, welfare programmes and its implementation at grassroots level, besides prioritizing the redress of the public issues.
