Pulwama : The District Administration Pulwama on Saturday accorded a warm farewell to Deputy Commissioner Pulwama Baseer-ul-Haq Choudhary who was recently transferred by the government.
DDC Chairman Bari Andrabi, Assistant commissioner Revenue Pulwama, Senior Police Officers, Additional District Development Commissioner Pulwama, ADC Awantipora, ADC Tral, Chief Planning Officer Pulwama, ACD Pulwama and other senior officers of the District were present on the occasion.
Senior officers lauded the outgoing DC for his efficient, prompt and sincere services. They also praised the working capacity of the outgoing officer and hailed his contribution to serve the public.
They praised the outgoing DC for his contributions in good governance, promoting people friendly work culture to the people of the district and countless activities for effectively implementing different government schemes.
On the occasion, mementos were presented as a token of appreciation to the outgoing DC.
Meanwhile, Baseer Ul Haq in his emotional speech extended his gratitude to officers and staff for their support and sincere efforts during his tenure in the district.
