Bandipora :The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Bandipora, Ali Afsar Khan conducted a Physical Verification of Natural Calamity of Crop damage at Setari Chuntimulla Bandipora.
During the visit, ADDC interacted with the affected farmers and took stock of the damage caused due to natural calamities in the area. He assured the farmers of all possible assistance from the administration to compensate for their losses.
Naib Tehsildar Arin and Agriculture Extension Officer Nadihal accompanied the ADDC.
Along side, the ADDC also attended the Kisan Sampark Abhiyan Farmers orientation Programme under HADP at Panchayat Chuntimulla Sumlar -B.
The programme was organized by the Agriculture Department to create awareness among farmers about the various government schemes and policies aimed at improving agriculture and increasing farmers’ income.
During the programme, the ADDC Bandipora emphasized the need for farmers to adopt modern farming techniques and urged them to take advantage of various government schemes for their benefit.
He also assured the farmers of full support from the administration and cooperation in their agricultural pursuits.
