Fears of JK Bank Mpay App Crash ahead of Eid Ul Fitr

Digital transaction systems are though run for the purposes of customer satisfaction by almost all the public sector banks across the country but unfortunately J&K Bank’s digital transaction system particularly those run through APPs crash unexpectedly and unprecedentedly only to bring down the customer satisfaction to a new low more so on the eve of religious festivals like Eid Ul Fitr, Eid Ul Adha, Baisakhi and Diwali. Since only five and three ATM transactions a month are allowed within and outside Jammu and Kashmir respectively by the Jammu & Kashmir Bank, the customers prefer money transactions through App transaction systems particularly Mpay App and as such the onus of running smooth bank transaction apps like Mpay for the convenience of it’s customers lies on the top management of Jammu & Kashmir Bank. As J&K Bank’s most popular digital transaction app Mpay crashed just few days ago when Baisakhi and Jumat-Ul-Wida was just two days away, the Mpay facility was restored next day only after huge public outcry attracted huge public criticism against the top bank management for failing to improve the working of it’s Mpay APP. Last year the bank’s top management has upgraded it’s Mpay app and renamed it “Delight Mpay App” but this new version of the Bank’s Mpay APP is frequently crashing time and against only to utter discomfort of it’s customers both within and outside Jammu & Kashmir. Huge inconvenience irks J&K’s Bank’s customers the time when they find their Mpay Apps ceasing to function at a fuel stations, retail outlets and shopping malls . Never forget that customers use Bank’s Mpay App to check account balances, transaction history, transaction of money between accounts within the bank or to other banks, and pay power tariff bills online.

“By all standards of understandabilities a service failure brings down the reputation of the bank when it’s operation fails to meet customer’s expectations. To make it’s Mpay user friendly like digital transaction apps of other public sector banks of the country it is imperative for the J&K Bank’s top management to increase its speed and performance. Easy and time saving transactions through Mpay is all that customers of Jammu & Kashmir Bank”.

Since J&K bank has large dominance in Jammu & Kashmir it is for the top management of J&K Bank to take care of reputation in both online and offline digital transaction systems particularly digital transaction apps including Mpay. Quick access to digital banking facilities is all what the customers expect from the Jammu & Kashmir bank’s top management. By all standards of understandabilities a service failure brings down the reputation of the bank when it’s operation fails to meet customer’s expectations. To make it’s Mpay user friendly like digital transaction apps of other public sector banks of the country it is imperative for the J&K Bank’s top management to increase its speed and performance. Easy and time saving transactions through Mpay is all that customers of Jammu & Kashmir Bank.
