Kulgam : On the directions of the District Development Commissioner Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din-Bhat, Mega Gram Sabha was on Friday conducted at Higher Secondary School Manzgam, here.
The Sabha witnessed participation of a large number of people.
Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kulgam, Showkat Ahmad Rather; DDC Member Manzgam, Jameela Chowdhary; ACD Kulgam, BDO Manzgam and PRIs and officers and officials from line departments also participated in this gram sabha.
During the gram sabha people prioritize their developmental requirements in this Aspirational Block and formulate and prioritized work plans for year 2023-24 under Aspirational Block Development Programme.
People generally prioritized Health, Education, RDD and Animal Husbandry sectors to augment infrastructure and facilities of these sectors.
This is the second consecutive gram sabha held in Manzgam to formulate the Aspirational Block Development Plan with proactive participation of people and PRI members.
