Srinagar: Former top IAS Officer Mohammad Ashraf Bukhari has thanked all his relatives friends and well wishers for the condolences they offered to him and his bereaved family at his Green Avenue Colony Peerbag Srinagar. Mother In Law of Bukhari had passed away early this week and her Fateh was performed at local graveyard at Green Avenue Colony Peerbag Srinagar after Friday prayers. Death was widely condoled by people of all walks of life
