Counseling Prog for CUET-UG aspirants held at Govt Degree College Kupwara

Career Counseling prog for students held at GDC Kulgam

Kupwara: One-day counseling program for the aspirants of CUET-UG 2023 was held at Govt Degree College Kupwara.
The program aimed to provide guidance and information about the CUET (UG) admission process, college activities, and other relevant details to the prospective candidates.
Prof. Mohammad Shafi Lone, the Principal of GDC Kupwara welcomed the participants and emphasized on the importance of the counseling program to help aspirants to take decisions about their future.
Dr. Mehraj Ud Din Sheikh, Head of the Department of Education, gave a brief background of the program, highlighting its objectives and expected outcomes.
A video presentation showcasing the college profile and various activities undertaken by the institution was also played.
Dr. Aabid Hussain Naik, the Convener of the College Admission Committee, then explained the CUET (UG) registration process, including the eligibility criteria, application procedure, and important dates.
The presentation was followed by a question-answer session, where the participants raised their queries and concerns.
Dr. Mehraj Bashir, the Convener of the Counseling Cell, moderated the Q&A session and addressed the participants’ doubts and queries.
Finally, Prof. G R Ganie, the Head of the Department of Zoology, delivered the Vote of Thanks.
He expressed his gratitude towards the speakers, participants, and organizers for their efforts and contribution towards making the counseling program a success.
