KVIB conducts day long awareness camp at Panchayat Upper Rehmbal

Udhampur : In order to generate awareness among unemployed youth about the self-employment schemes of KVIB, on Saturday the District Office J&K Khadi Village Industries Board Udhampur organised a one-day district level awareness programme at Panchayat Upper Rehmbal.
Chairman DDC, Udhampur Lal Chand was the chief guest on the occasion. The Chairperson DDC urged unemployed youths of the district to take maximum advantage of KVIB schemes.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, J&K Khadi and Village Industries Board, Tilak Raj also attended the camp and informed the youth about self-employment schemes being implemented by J&K KVIB i.e. PMEGP and JKREGP. He also handed over sanction letters to beneficiaries whose cases had been approved by the bank.
District Officer J&K KVIB, Surinder Paul also encouraged unemployed youths to take advantage of these schemes.
Among others present at the camp were Sarpanch Pritpal Singh, Shamsher Singh, Shushma Sharma and Sushma Abrol.
