DC Kishtwar congratulated the youth of Upper-Palmar for the development of the sports asset. He emphasized that this new addition would provide an excellent opportunity for the young sportsmen and women to enhance their talent and compete efficiently with other parts of the J&K in the sports sector. He further added that the cricket pitches would be highly advantageous to the youth and sports persons in hilly areas.

He also conducted a surprise visit of Health and Wellness Centre (HWC) Patimhalla, where he inspected the health functionals and listened to the grievances of the staff regarding infrastructure and medical equipment.
