Ganderbal : The Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Kangan, Javaid Ahmad Rather on Monday visited various government offices of the subdivision.
The SDM visited offices of Agriculture Development Officer, ZEO, BMO, Irrigation, Jal Shakti, ITI Kangan, HDO, CDPO and TSO Kangan.
During the visit, SDM inspected the functioning of these offices and also checked the attendance of the staff there.
He found 3 employees of Irrigation department absent and issued a show cause notice to them for unauthorized absence.
The SDM impressed upon the sectoral officers to ensure the punctuality of their subordinate staff to ensure the effective service delivery.
