Srinagar : The employees of Information Department Kashmir Division have expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of senior journalist Zahoor Ahmad Zargar, Editor in Chief of daily Shaheen Kashmir, publishing from Srinagar.
While extending sympathies with the bereaved family, they prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
Recalling his long association with them, especially with the PR wing of the department, they described him as a bold journalist, who always projected public issues in his publications.
Late Zahoor will be remembered for a long time to come in the field of journalism in Jammu and Kashmir, they added.
Some senior officers also visited the residence of the deceased journalist and offered condolences to the bereaved family.
