DC Kishtwar approves 12 Rent Assessment Cases

Kishtwar: The District Rent Assessment Committee, which met here on Friday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, DrDevanshYadav approved 12 rent cases.
The rent cases pertaining to Police, Army, Higher Education, Youth services and Sports, FCS&CA, Education, ICDS, Social welfare, ISM, ITI Paddar, RDD besides Health department were approved by the Committee.
The Committee discussed the fixation of rent of various structures in which various government offices are functioning across the district.
The meeting was attended by SSP Kishtwar Khalil Ahmed Poswal (KPS), ACR Varunjeet Singh Charak;ACPZakirWani,District Social Welfare officer, Zubair Ahmed; AD FSC&CA ; CDPO/DIO Dr. Kuldeep Kumar besides the concerned district officers, BDOs and representatives from Army.
Addressing the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner asked the officers to pay rent to the concerned owners of land and structures on time and ensure safety of the Government/rented property.
In the meeting, 9 cases were deferred after verification and concerned officers were directed to re-verify the pending cases and submit the same in the next meeting.
