Govt Assigns Temporary Charge Of Executive Engineers’ Posts In Jal Shakti Deptt

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Saturday ordered the placement, assignment of temporary charge of the posts of Executive Engineers in the Jal Shakti Department.
According to an order issued by Government the placement / assignment of temporary charge of I/c Executive Engineer has been order in respect of following officers
1Mutayib Bashir Shah 2. Mueed Rasool 3. Mehraj-ud- Din Rather (RBA) 4. Afrooz Ahmad Rather (RBA) And 5. Bilal Ahmad Malik (RBA). However the order reads that the arrangement is purely to meet administrative exigencies, without conferring any preferential right upon the officer(s) to claim promotion on substantive basis which shall be undertaken following the due process. The order furthermore reads that the placement/assignment of temporary charge of the I/C Executive Engineer to the said officers shall be subject to superior genuine claim of any left out officer or legal proceedings in the court of law.
According to the said order the ollowing postings have been ordered with immediate effect:-
1. Mutayib Bashir Shah I/c Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Sumbal 2. Mueed Rasool Shall await further posting in the Administrative Department. 3. Mehraj-ud- Din Rather (RBA) I/c Executive Engineer, I&FC Division, Doda 4. Afrooz Ahmad Rather (RBA) I/c Executive Engineer, Ferozpora Basin Irrigation Division Tangmarg 5. Bilal Ahmad Malik (RBA) Shall await further posting in the Administrative Department .
