Srinagar : A flag off ceremony for a group of 50 students of Kashmir valley along with three caretakers for their participation in 23rd Rashtra Katha Shivir-2023 at Rajkot Gujarat, was organized by Zonal Police Headquarters Kashmir at Police Control Room Kashmir here on Tuesday.
According to a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar the program “23rd Rashtra Katha Shivir-2023” is being organized by Vedic Mission Trust. This program aims at inculcating life skills and through orations from renowned orators. SSP PCR Kashmir alongwith other officers of PCR Kashmir & ZPHQ participated in the impressive flag off ceremony. Worth to mention here that all the boarding and lodging facilities are being provided by Zonal Police Headquarters Kashmir. Besides, a customised kit containing clothes etc has also been provided to all the participating students.
Police on this occasion said that the theSSP PCR Kashmir while interacting with the students belonging to different parts of Kashmir valley said that this tour aims to provide a platform for orientation and nurturing of youth in various disciplines such as National Integration, Social & Religious harmony and Martial Arts etc. This tour will provide an opportunity to the participating students to understand the togetherness of India and its immense diversity.
He also advised the students to imbibe nationalism and greatness of the country and to take full advantage of the opportunity and collect memories for life during the camp, besides wished them a fun-filled, safe journey.
