DC B’pora distributes Tabs among field functionaries of Rev Deptt

Bandipora: To digitally empower revenue officials, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmed on Friday distributed tabs among the field functionaries of revenue department of Bandipora District.
While interacting with Revenue officers and officials, the DC said that the tabs are provided to revenue field functionaries in order to make them technically advanced and carry out various online services provided to the public.
He said 175 services are provided online to the public in the district including various revenue services.
DrOwais said use of tabs by field functionaries shall ensure provision of various revenue services including revenue extracts, fards and other revenue related services to people with ease and without delay.
He said people now need not to move offices for their work but can avail benefits on online services while sitting at home.
He said providing tabs to field functionaries of the revenue department is aimed to ensure speedy process of online services for the convenience of the public.
ACR BandiporaParvaiz Rahim, other revenue officers and officials besides field functionaries of revenue department were present on the occasion.
