Distt Admin Kupwara organizes interactive meeting with GOC 28 Inf. Divn

Kupwara: The District Administration Kupwaraon Wednesday organized an interactive meeting in which Major General, A.S Pendharkar General Officer Commanding, 28 Infantry Division C/O 56 APO (Zangli) was the chief guest.
Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Dr. Doifode Sagar Dattatray; SSP Kupwara, Yougal Manhas; ADC Kupwara, Ghulam NabiBhat; ADC Handwara, Nazir Ahmad Mir, ASP Handwara, besides, district officers attended the meeting.
Addressing the meeting, the GOC appreciated the Deputy Commissioner Kupwara and his team of officers for putting their best foot forward for the betterment of the people.
He said Kupwara is a unique and beautiful place he has seen. He said Kupwara has outstanding peculiarities and he has seen no other place like Kupwara, it is unique and beautiful but simultaneously, it is a remote place. He said to deliver here is also challenging and appreciated officers for doing their best in the district.
He assured Deputy Commissioner, SSP and officers of every possible support wherever they need. He said we all are working as team and apart from rank, officers can also share their suggestions for the larger interest of Kupwara district.
“We tremendously appreciate your work. You are doing fantastic job”, said GOC, adding that in the same way SSP Kupwara is also doing good and effective policing. Earlier, he received a brief introduction from the officers.
Deputy Commissioner in his address thanked the GOC for accepting the invitation from the District Administration. He said in last couple of days during the inclement weather, situation arisen in the district where we had to work together. He complimented and thanked the GOC for providing his able guidance and support in evacuation of patients from Tangdar and other border areas.
Deputy Commissioner hoped that in future, GOC will continue to support the administration. SSP Kupwara and ADC Kupwara also spoke at the occasion.
