Rahul Gandhi’s claim of returning to his roots in J&K a white lie, Says BJP’s Brig Gupta

Jammu: J&K BJP Spokesman Brigadier (Retd) Anil Gupta on Thursday said that Rahul Gandhi’s claim of returning to his roots on entering J&K is another white lie, the hallmark of BYJ where false statements are made every day.
In a statement issued on Thursday the J&K BJP Spokesman Brigadier (Retd) Gupta said “Born to Rajiv Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi an Italian. Rajiv Gandhi’s father was Feroz Ghandy who changed his surname to Gandhi and was born to Jahangir Faredoon Ghandy and Rattimai, a couple of Gujarati-Parsi descent settled in Mumbai” .
Stating that Feroz Gandhi later became MP from UP,Brigadier (Retd) Gupta said “Rahul ji, your roots are in Gujarat, Mumbai and UP. Please do not keep changing your roots for your political convenience like you became a Dattatreya Brahmin defying all logic of the gotra system or a Janeu dhari or a Shiv Bhakt and lately a Tapasvi who for tapasya runs to foreign jaunts”.
