Chairman DDC B’gam holds Public Darbaar at SK Pora

Budgam : The Chairman District Development Council (DDC) Budgam, Nazir Ahmad Khan on Tuesday held a public darbaar at Block S K Pora of the district.
On the occasion, a detailed review of the functioning of various departments was also taken to take stock of the progress of various works being undertaken under PRI, BDC and DDC grants.
Block Development Officer SK Pora gave a detailed presentation about the status of various works particularly SBM—Gramin, construction of Compost Pits and AmritSarvorar.
Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Division Budgam apprised the public about the ongoing JJM schemes in the block.
Chairman DDC impressed upon all the officials to work in close coordination to achieve the required targets. He further added that all officials should improve their performances and ensure viable implementation of all schemes on the ground.
Senior officers of the various departments, PRI members and local senior citizens were also present on the occasion.
