DC B’pora reviews functioning of RCCMS/ Online Rev Services

Says “Gear up for 100% removal of encroachments”

Bandipora: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmed on Thursday reviewed the Revenue related matters, including the online Revenue Court Cases Management System (RCCMS) and other online services in a meeting held at Mini Secretariat here.
The DC took a detailed review regarding online services delivery mechanism and disposal of revenue court cases on RCCMS portal.
Reviewing the provisions of online services, the Tehsildars apprised the DC regarding various available online services.
The DC asked the Tehsildars not to entertain any offline application for issuance of any services which are available online.
The Tehsildars apprised the chair that 104538 land passbooks have been generated and 35455 land passbooks have been electronically distributed.
Regarding the removal of encroachments, it was given out that 12852 kanals of state land and 15054 kanals of kahcharie land have been retrieved in different areas of Bandipora.
The DC also issued directions to tehsildars to gear up for 100 percent removal of encroachment and disposal of revenue court cases.
He asked the Tehsildars for disposal of online Application of Fard within the timeline as per guidelines and directed them to monitor online portals on daily basis for disposal of cases within the set timeline.
He stressed on Revenue officers to dispose-off Court cases on a regular basis to reduce pendency on the RCCMS portal.
The DC directed Tehsildars to accelerate anti-encroachment drives in their respective jurisdictions.
DrOwais also reviewed attestation of mutations, SDRF land acquisition and other revenue issues.
ACR BandiporaParvaiz Rahim, SDM Sumbal Amir Choudhary, Tehsildars and other concerned attended the meeting.
